How We Work
From the brief
to the keys.
Brief, material, volume, furniture, cost, build, handover. In that order, and no other.

Brief
Who is in this room. For how long. Doing what. At what hour of the day. The brief is the first drawing.

Material
Three or four options for every surface, watched through the day. At noon, at dusk, under lamp light. Most of the time, the obvious first choice loses.

Volume
The room first. Its proportions, its sightlines, the path from a door to a window to a seat. Designed before anything is placed inside it.

Furniture
Placed afterward. The room is almost always better with less than the brief asked for, not more.

Cost Planning
The project costed in full before the first wall is touched. The price is the price. No surprise change orders.
06
Build
The studio runs the trades. One project manager, one design language, one point of contact. The same people who wrote the brief are on site at the final walkthrough.
07
Handover
Walkthrough, snag list, the keys. And the long relationship that follows. Held in trust.
This is the sequence of every Cirkel project. The order is not negotiable — it is the method.
